Enrollment Verification Forms
Please be aware that the returning student online enrollment verification forms** have not gone live on PowerSchool yet. There has been a delay in this process due to the online form being tested to make sure any technical issues are resolved prior to families being asked to verify their child’s information. Please be reassured that this form DOES NOT IMPACT your child’s course selections or class registrations.
Please continue to watch for email communication (alternatively you can check the Division website and social media channels) that will prompt and instruct families on how they can access and complete the form.
*The Student Enrollment Verification Form verifies that we have accurate information in your child’s file (e.g. medical details, emergency contacts, addresses, etc.). This form also includes an electronic signature requirement for you to grant your child permission to leave school grounds for walking field trips during the school year as well as granting permission to allow your child’s name and/or image to be included in materials such as school newsletters, class/team photos, awards (please note: this form is not required for students who completed the 2019-2020 New Student Registration Form).
